• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details.

4. How we handle your strata report

• Your PDF is uploaded over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in secure cloud storage.
• The document is processed by our AI analysis pipeline to extract structured data.
• We do not share your strata report or its contents with any third party, except the AI service providers used to process the analysis (OpenAI).
• You can request deletion of your report and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate CheckStrata:

• Supabase — database and file storage (hosted in Australia).
• OpenAI — AI models used to analyse your strata report and power the chat feature.
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

6. Data retention

We retain your report data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will delete your uploaded PDF, analysis results, and personal information within 30 days of a deletion request.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the website (e.g. session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Basic analytics may be collected to understand how the service is used.
